S-102 Naoaki Iron Tsuba

NBTHK Hozon certified iron tsuba signed Naoaki. Naoaki was a student of Naokatsu and later of Kano Natsuo. He like many other in the Naokatsu school were famous for their Nobuie utsushi copy works. This large tsuba depicts the moon and wave on the front and pine on the ura and is done in the manner of Nobuie. Naoaki is rated as ryokou smith.
